【产品概述】：
钛棒过滤器采用304或316L优质不锈钢制造，内外镜面抛光处理，符合GMP标准生产，均可夹套保温进行高温过滤。过滤器滤芯采用钛棒滤芯，耐高温、高压、强酸、强碱腐蚀、滤芯可反复再生使用，广泛地应用于食品饮料、生物医药、化工、电子、生化水处理等行业的液固分离，在制药行业尤其适用于大输液和针剂生产线中的脱炭过滤。
Product Overview:
Titanium stick filters are made of high quality stainless steel 304 or 316L, mirror polished inside and outside, meeting GMP standard. They can be insulated by jacket for high temperature filtration. The filter element adopts titanium rod filter element, which can resist high temperature, high pressure, strong acid and strong alkali corrosion, and can be reused repeatedly. It is widely applied to liquid-solid separation in food and beverage, biomedicine, chemical industry, electronics, biochemical water treatment and other industries. It is especially suitable for decarbonized filtration in pharmaceutical industry, especially in large infusion and injection production line.
【过滤器有多种结构形式】
There are many types of filters.：
■ 翻转式：排渣方便，滤液无残留；
■ 吊装式：适用于固体含量较高，结构简单，再生操作方便；
■ 插装式：适用于固体含量较少，无残液，稀贵产品的过滤。
● Turn over type: easy to discharge slag, without residual filtrate;
● Lifting type: applied to high solid content, simple structure, convenient regeneration and operation;
● Installation type: applied to filtration of rare and precious products with less solid content and without residual liquid.
